Application form can be submitted through offline mode only by depositing the application fee of Rs.500/-(Five hundred only), for General, EWS and OBC category and Rs.300/-(Three Hundred only) for SC/ST/PH candidates, through demand draft. The demand draft should be drawn in favour of the Registrar,Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur (C.G.) and payable at Bilaspur (CG). Duly filled offline application form should reach the Head, SLT Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Koni, Bilaspur (CG)-495009, on or before the last date of submission of application forms.
