Merit List :
Post based order of merit list will be prepared on the basis of merit (80% academic + 10% Teaching Skills, 10% experience) separately for each category of applications namely SC/ST/CBC/Disabled persons and others.
The Guest Teacher so engaged will be disengaged irrespective of his/her standing in the order of merit list initially drawn for the purpose of engagement, as soon as a regular teacher is available.
The order of merit list will be displayed on website and the schedule for verification of documents relating to age, qualifications, cast certificate etc. will be notified in due course of time on the web portal of NDMC. (Date will be decided in due course of time).
How to Prepare NDMC Guest Teacher Merit List :
Weightage to Educational/Professional qualification and experience:
In order to attract teachers with high qualification and rich experience, the weightage to Educational/professional qualification will be as under:-
(i) Weightage of Qualification (90%):-
Weightage to Educational and Professional qualification in terms of percentage
