Selection process consists of the following:

Stage –1

Shortlisting of Application in the ratio of 1:10 based on criteria as mentioned below for all position.

Criteria	Marks Assigned
1. Qualifying Educational Qualification	Equal to Percentage of Marks obtained in the examination which is mentioned as educational qualification for the post. An applicant possesses more than one qualification which makes him/her eligible to apply for a position, in such cases weightage of percentage will be calculated the qualifications filled by the applicant.Maximum markswill be 100
2. Relevant and essential experience as required for the position	15 marks for minimum required experience. 3 marks for each additional completed year of relevant experience year. Maximum marks will be 30
3. Relevant and essential work experience at Project Management Unit or office at National/State/District level	District Level-3 marks for each completed year. State/National Level 5 Marks for each completed year. Maximum marks will be 30
4. Paper Publication	5 Marks for each publication of national/International level journal. Subject to maximum 10 marks

Stage -2

1.Criteria mentioned below for the position of State Mission Manager (SMM), Mission Manager (MM), Finance and Procurement Officer, Procurement Officer, Finance Officer, District Mission Manager (DMM) :

2.Criteria mentioned below for the position of Programme Manager, Accountant, and Office Assistant, PA-Cum-Steno :

A. Provisional Merit List will be prepared on the basis of criteria mentioned here for the position of State Mission Manager (SMM), Mission Manager (MM), Finance and Procurement Officer, Procurement Officer, Finance Officer, District Mission Manager (DMM).
