• To ensure the proper safety & security of people, assets, material & plantations under Agri Business.
• Responsible for the entire safety & security of Men, Material, Assets & Plantations (Specially Sandalwood) and all the related properties comes under DS Agri Business.
• To develop & implement the stringent system & procedure pertaining to Safety & Security.
• Will be responsible for security related Statutory Compliances.
• To work on continuous analysis & improvement of Security Systems by using the latest tool & technologies available in the industry.
• Liaisoning with local police & other civil authorities for operational issues.
• To train & develop the security staff as per the latest tools & techniques.
• Develop the cordial relations with local authorities like GRAM PANCHAYAT etc.
• Work in deep coordination with Agri Operations Team.
• To conduct the regular audits, reviews and surprise visits of all the sites to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of the team.
• To ensure the 24X7 Safety & security of all the sites.
