About Recruitment :
Directorate of Technical Education Assam has Announced about the Recruitment of 87 Posts of Grade III, Grade IV, Assistant Professor & Senior Instructor. Many Candidates filled their application form. The Last date of filling application form was 03.03.2020. Candidates can check the full Detailed recruitment notification from the below link.
About Exam :
Candidates who applied for the posts of Posts of Grade III, Grade IV, Assistant Professor & Senior Instructor gave their Exam successfully. This Exam was conducted by Directorate of Technical Education Assam. The Exam date for Assistant Professor / Lecturer was 27.09.2020, for Supporting Staff was 27.09.2020, for Junior Assistant was 04.10.2020 and for the Grade 4 for Posts was 04.10.2020.
Selection Process :
(a) Assistant Professor (Tech/Non-Tech) & Senior Instructor:-
The Merit List for each Department/Branch will be based on the basis of the specialization in the level of Master Degree in the specified Branch of Engineering for effective teaching of all the subjects in under graduate level.
(b) Junior Assistant, Junior Instructor & Scientific Assistant (Physics/Chemistry):-
- Candidates may be Short Listed based on the overall academic records.
- Short listed candidates will have to appear in the Written Test.
Written Test & Computer Proficiency/Practical Test.
(c) Grade-IV (Bearer, Peon, Chowkidar, Workshop Jugali, Mali etc.):-
- Candidates will have to appear in a Written Test for selection.
- Written Test: Details of the written test will be uploaded in the website and published in the News Paper.
Answer Key :
Candidates who applied for the posts of Posts of Grade III, Grade IV, Assistant Professor & Senior Instructor gave their Exam successfully. Now, all the candidates who gave their Exams, are now waiting for the Answer Key. Though, the Answer Key is not released yet, but soon it will be release on the official website of Directorate of Technical Education Assam. Objection form :
The students who appeared in the Exam for Various posts conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education, can fill the objection form for the Answer Key provided by Directorate of Technical Education, if they found that there is any answer which is wrong in the given Answer key or if they are not satisfied with the Answers mentioned in the Answer key. It is to be noted that if any candidate is filling the objection form, then he / she can do so by the following points:
- Candidates has to marks his/ her Answer first which he / she think that this is incorrect.
- Against the wrong Answer provided in the Answer Key by the Directorate of Technical Education.
- He / she has to attach a copy of proof, that his/ her answer is correct.
