About GATE Admit Card 2023:
The Admit Card for GATE 2023 will be available ONLY on the GOAPS website. The candidates have to download their Admit Card from this website. The Admit Card would be available for download, from 8th January 2023. Note that the Admit Cards will NOT be sent to the candidates by post/email.

How To Download GATE Admit Card 2023:
Admit Cards can ONLY be downloaded from the GOAPS website By Entering Their credentials from February 2023. Admit Cards will NOT be sent by post or as e-mail attachments.
Important Documents Need To Take Before GATE Exam 2023:
Candidates must bring a print-out of the downloaded Admit Card to the Examination for verification along with the original and valid photo Identity Document (NO photocopy/scanned copy/NOT an expired document), which was specified during the filling up of the online application. For Indian candidates, only the following identification cards will be accepted:
- Passport
- PAN card
- Voter ID
- Aadhaar-UID
- College ID
- Employee ID
- Driving License.
For International candidates, ONLY a valid Passport/Government issued ID/College ID/Employee ID will be accepted as the recognized identification. The Admit Card is valid if and ONLY the candidate’s photograph and signature images are clear and legible. The photograph on the Admit Card and that in the valid photo identity document should match the appearance of the candidate on the day of the examination.

FAQs Regarding GATE 2023 Admit Card
When will I receive my Admit Card?
Beginning January 8, 2023, admit cards can only be downloaded from the GOAPS website.
Is the admit card alone sufficient to gain entry to the examination centre?
NO. Candidates must bring a good-quality printout, preferably a color printout, of the downloaded admit card to the examination for verification, along with the original and valid photo identity document (NO photocopy, scanned copy, or expired document), which was specified during the filling up of the online application.
For Indian candidates, only the following identification cards will be accepted: Aadhaar-UID, passport, PAN card, voter ID, college ID, employee ID, and driving license.
For international candidates, only a valid passport, government-issued ID, college ID, or employee ID will be accepted as the recognized identification.
The admit card is valid if—and only if—the candidate’s photograph and signature images are clear and legible. The photograph on the admit card and that in the valid photo identity document should match the appearance of the candidate on the day of the examination.
Can I bring a soft copy of the admit card (on my mobile phone, tablet, or laptop) to gain entry to the examination centre?
NO. A hard copy (preferably printed in color) of the admit card, as well as the original (not a photocopied or scanned copy) and valid (not expired) photo ID specified during the online application, must be brought to the examination center.
