The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) (Hindi: लोक सेवा आयोग, उत्तर प्रदेश) is the state agency authorized to conduct the Civil Services Examination for entry-level appointments to the various Civil Services of Uttar Pradesh. The agency’s charter is granted by the Constitution of India. Articles 315 to 323 of Part XIV of the constitution, titled Services Under the Union and the States, provide for a Public Service Commission for the Union and for each state. The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) came into existence on 1 April 1937, with the main aim of recruiting candidates to various services in the state. The commission is regulated by Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission Regulation, 1976.

Candidate visit the official page of UPPSC clicks on the “ALL NOTIFICATIONS/ ADVERTISEMENTS” link. The On-line advertisement shall be automatically displayed, wherein there shall be 3 parts as given below:

- Apply
After click on the USER INSTRUCTION candidates can easily read all the important instructions.
Fill Details To Registration:
After click on the Apply button candidates must have to fill related information ( Name, Number, Email, Address, Gender, Etc) and register them self easily.
Generate ID Password:
After submission of registration form candidates get a pin or password for the future.
Print Registration Slip:
After submitting the form registration sleep shall be displayed candidates must take print out of it by click on the”Print Registration Slip” button.
Apply Now:
When candidates click on the apply button Application form shell be displayed on the screen candidates have to fill it.
Fill Appropriate Details:
Application form is in the prescribed mode candidates have to fill all the required details like Name of the candidate, parents Name, Education, Qualification, Etc
Save & Summit The Details:
Fill all the required details and recheck it then click on the “SAVE & SUMMIT” button.
Upload Documents:
Candidates have to upload their scan Pictures Signatures (Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS is not permitted) Documents Mark sheets Etc.
Final Submission:
Checking details carefully if it needed to edit somewhere then go back with the help of buttons available at bottom. Edit and Save correct information of all three stages. After that tick √ the checkbox “I Agree” and click on “Submission & Proceed to Payment”.
Payment Of Fee:
After the completion of the above procedure. The next step is to fee deposit or payment of application fee. Click on the “Click here to proceed for payment”. After clicking it home page of State Bank MOPS (Multi Option Payment System) shall be displayed.Candidates can pay their fee through three modes ig. (i) NET BANKING (ii) CARD PAYMENTS (iii) OTHER PAYMENT MODES. After depositing the required fee”Payment Acknowledgement Receipt (PAR)” shall be displayed on the screen. Candidates can take a print out of receipt by click on the”Print Payment Receipt” button.
The Procedure relating to upload Photo & Signature:-
1. Paste the Photo on any white paper as per the above required dimensions. Sign in the Signature Space provided. Ensure that the signature is within the box.
2. Scan the above required size containing photograph and signature. Please do not scan the complete page.
3.The entire image (of size 3.5 cm by 6.0 cm) consisting of the photo along with the signature is required to be scanned, and stored in * .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .tif, .png format on local machine.
4.Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 50 KB.
5. If the size of the file is more than 50 KB, then adjust the settings of the scanner such as the DPI resolution, no. colours etc., during the process of scanning.
6. The application has to sign in full in the box provided. Since the signature is proof of identify, it must be genuine and in full; initials are not sufficient. Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS is not permitted.
7. The signature must be signed only by the application and not by any other person.
8. The signature will be used to put on the Hall Ticket and wherever necessary. If the Applicant’s signature on answer script, at the time of the examination, does not match the signature on the Hall Ticket, the applicant will be disqualified.
