MP PPT 2023 Application Form will be released through online mode. Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (MPPEB) is also known as Madhya Pradesh Vyavsayik Pareeksha Mandal (MP Vyapam). This board conducts the state-level polytechnic exam that is called MP PPT 2023 (Madhya Pradesh Pre Polytechnic Test). It is organized for admission in diploma courses offered by the private and government institutions that are located in the state of Madhya Pradesh. MP PPT 2023 Application Form
The MP PPT 2023 Application Form will be made available from second week of August 2023. Candidates will be able to submit their application form till the last week of August 2023. The application form submission process will be held through online mode only and candidates will be able to submit their application form through the website of the exam conducting authority.
The application form fee for the General candidate is Rs. 400/- and Rs. 200/- for reserved candidates. The application form fee can be deposited through debit/credit card/net banking.
Candidates also submit the application fee via the kiosk portal of vyapam. For online applications, the additional charge is Rs. 70/-.

Step-1: Visit Official Link
- Candidate have to visit the official link.
- Before filling the MP PPT 2023 Application Form, We have advised to the candidates that they will read the instruction carefully.

Step-2: Personal Details
Here, Candidates have to fill their all the basic details that include Candidate surname, Candidate Name, Father Name/Husband Name, Mother Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Permanent Residence of MP and Category.
Candidate Surname: Candidate has to write their surname here. If a candidate don’t have a surname then write NA.
Candidate Name: Write your first name in the given box. Don’t write Shri, Shrimati and Kumari along with your name.
Father Name/Husband Name: Here, you have to write your Father’s name. If you are married, then write your Husband’s name. Candidates don’t have to write Shri with the name.
Mother Name: Write your Mother name in the box. Don’t include Shrimati with the name.
Date of Birth: Candidates have to write their date of birth in the given column. The DOB should be written that is provided in your high school mark sheet. It is written in the format of Date/Month/Year (DD/MM/YYY).
Permanent Residence: If you are the permanent residence of the Madhya Pradesh then tick on the YES or NO.
Category: Click on your caste category you belong that is UR (UN Reserved/General Category), SC (Scheduled Caste), ST (Scheduled Tribe) and OBC (Other Backward Class).
Gender: Write your Gender (Male or Female).
Educational Qualification: Select your education qualification.
Residence Area: Candidate have to select their residence area (Rural/Urban).
After Filling all the personal details click on the Next Button. After Click on Next Button, the next page will open. Then you have to fill more information such as education, address, etc.
Step 3: Upload Photograph/ Signature
- Here, candidates have to upload their recent passport size scanned photograph, signature and hand written text.
- The size of the photograph is min 30 KB and max 200 KB and the image size of the signature is min 120 px and max 220 px.
- The photograph must be taken in white background.
- The photograph and signature are uploaded in a proper format.
- Candidate also have to upload their 10th mark sheet, caste certificate, sport certificate (if applicable).
Step 4: Fee Payment
- After filling all the details candidates have to submit their application form fee through debit/credit card/online banking and also from net banking.
- They also submit their application fee via the kiosk portal of vyapam.
Step 5: Submit the Application Form
- When the fee payment is completed, candidates can submit the application form.
- Before submitting the application form, candidates have advised rechecking the form carefully.
- In case of incorrect information, the form will be rejected.
- Candidates also save the application form number and take a printout of the filled form for further process.
