Eligibility Criteria for Indian Army NCC Special Entry Scheme

Required Qualifications:

• For NCC ‘C’ Certificate Holders: applicants should have degree  of  a  recognized  University or  equivalent  with  aggregate  of  minimum  50%  marks
• Service in NCC: applicants must have minimum three academic years in the senior Division/Wing of NCC
• Grading: aspirants should obtained minimum of ‘B’ Grade in ‘C’ Certificate Exam of NCC

Age Limitation:

Candidates who want to fill Indian Army NCC Special Entry Scheme application form should be in between 19 to 25 years (born not earlier than 02 Jul 1996 and not later than 01 Jul 2002, both dates inclusive)

• Short listing   of   Applications
• SSB selection process – stage I and Stage II
• SSB Interview
• Medical examination

Pay scale:

• Military Service Pay  (MSP): MSP to the officers from the rank of LT to Brig Rs 15,500/-p.m. fixed
• Fixed Stipend for Cadet Training: Training: Stipend to Gentlemen or Lady cadets  during  the  entire duration of   training   in   Service   academies  i.e.  during training period at OTA is Rs.56,100 pm

• Only those candidates who are eligible can submit online application form. So that you need to logon the official website of the Indian Army which is www.joinindianarmy.nic.in
• On home page you need to look for “Officer Entry Appln/Login” and click it
• The click on “Registration”, if you already registered then no need to make it again
• Then click on “Apply Online” under the dashboard.
• Now A page ‘Officers Selection’ -‘Eligibility’ will  open.
• Then you need to click on ‘Apply’ shown against Short Service Commission NCC Special Entry Course.
• Now a page as ‘Application Form’ will open on you system
• You must read the instructions very carefully and then press on “Continue” button
• Now fill all the required details and press on “Save and Continue”
• Now you will move to the page as “Summary of your information” so that you may check the form and can edit.
• Once you find it correct press on “Submit Now” button and must take a printed copy of for future use.
