साक्षात कक्षाओं के लिए आवदेन
मुख्यमंत्री अभ्युदय योजना के अंतर्गत समस्त मंडलों में विभिन्न प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं की तैयारी के लिए मुफ़्त कोचिंग की साक्षात कक्षाओं के लिए आवेदन आमंत्रित किये जा रहे हैं। UPSC, JEE, NEET व NDA/CDS की साक्षात कक्षाओं के लिए आवेदन 22 फ़रवरी 2 बजे से 28 फ़रवरी 8 बजे तक खुले रहेंगे जिसके पश्चात आवेदन स्वीकार नहीं किए जाएँगे। जो छात्र पहले से साक्षात कक्षायें कर रहे हैं उन्हें आवेदन करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। वो छात्र जिन्होंने 28 फ़रवरी से पहले पंजीकरण करा लेंगे अथवा वो पहले से ऑनलाइन कक्षाओं के लिये पंजीकृत हैं, वो सब ये परीक्षा दे पायेंगे।
साक्षात कक्षाओं की परीक्षाओं की समयसारणी निम्न है
- NDA/CDS: 5 मार्च 12 बजे से 1 बजे
- JEE: 5 मार्च 2 बजे से 3 बजे
- NEET: 5 मार्च 4 बजे से 5 बजे
- UPSC: 6 मार्च 2 बजे से 3 बजे

What is Mukhyamantri Abhyudaya Yojana?
Mukhyamantri Abhyudaya Yojana is a Government Scheme which Consist free Coaching for Various Competitive Examination. UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has said that in the Abhyudaya Yojana, IAS, IPS, IFS, PCS and state level officers will have to work for the mentorship of the candidates. Their dedicated work will be recorded as a ‘specific entry’ in the Annual Confidential Entry (ACR).
Registration Process:
The registration of this scheme with free coaching for the preparation of competitive examinations for poor children will start from 10 February 2021. While the scheme will be launched on Basant Panchami i.e. 16 February 2021.
Motive of Mukhyamantri Abhyudaya Yojana:
The main objective of Mukhyamantri Abhyudaya Yojana is to provide free coaching to students for competitions like IAS, IPS, PCS, NDA, CDS, NEET. Through this scheme, all those students who are unable to get coaching due to poor financial condition will be provided free coaching to all those students. Under Mukhyamantri Abhyudaya Yojana 2021, students will not have to go to any other state to get coaching. He can get coaching from his state and his district. Through this scheme, the promising students of the state will get an opportunity to move forward and they will be able to sit in the exam after getting the best coaching.

E-learning platform There is an e-learning platform at the state level to provide digital content related to various competitive exams.
Free guidance and teaching by officers working in state government There is a provision of free guidance and teaching by officers of IAS, IPS, Indian Forest Service, PCS cadre.
Virtual Classes Organizing virtual classes related to state level guidance and content through e-learning platform.
Guidance and doubt prevention Virtual and interview classes are being organized by state government officials for guiding and suspicion at each division headquarters.
Content Specialist Virtual and interview classes are being organized by subject matter experts at the divisional headquarters.
Career Counselling Career counselling sessions will be organized for youth in every district through web portal and interview.
Which competitive examinations will be trained under this scheme? Examinations conducted by Public Service Commission, Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission/Subordinate Service Selection Commission/Other Recruitment Boards / Institutions, etc. Examinations of JTE (Mains) and NEET conducted by NTA. NDA, CDS, Other Military Services, Recruitment of Paramilitary / Central Police Force, PO/S.S.C/B.Ed/T.E.T. And other competitive examinations etc., main examinations and interviews of Union Public Service Commission/Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission.
For this, on the auspicious occasion of Basant Panchami dated 16.02.2021, it has been decided to run a free training center under the Chief Minister Abhyuday Yojana under the chairmanship of the concerned Mandalayukta at each divisional headquarters of the state, which will also be established in each district in the next phase. Will be done.
Interviews will be organized at the Mandal level under which classes will be organized in the identified buildings for the preparation of competitive examination, whose details and subject wise calendar will be made available to the registered students at the Mandal level through SMS and email.
