Following are the complete detailed information on PUCET Application Form 2025:

• PUCET Application Form will be made available for every eligible candidates through online mode only.
• PUCET 2025 Registration Process (For UG) will be regulated from 3^rd week of July 2025 to 2^nd week of August 2025.
• Registration process for PG Courses will be regulated from the 3^rd week of April 2025 to 1^st week of July 2025.
• Applicant must fill PUCET application form very carefully, as the university will not provide any correction facility for an application form.
• The details filled by candidates in PUCET Application Form must have valid details, as false details could cause rejection of the application form.
• Candidates must submit the application form before the prescribed dates, as university will not accept any application form after the completion of registration process.

 Application Fee:

• PUCET Application Form Fee can be payable through both online and offline mode.
• Candidates can use Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking and Challan facility for transaction of PUCET application fee.

PUCET 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Here are the complete eligibility criteria for PUCET 2025 Examination Form:

For B. Pharma courses:

• Qualification: Applying candidates must have passed 12^th level examination from any recognized board.
• Marks: He/ she must score at least 50% marks in their qualifying examination to be eligible for PUCET 2025.
• Subject: Applying candidates must have Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (PCM) or Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Bio-technology (PCB) with English as mandatory subject in qualifying examination.

For Biochemistry Microbiology course:

• Qualification: Applying candidate must have passed or appearing in their 12^th level examination in 2025 from any recognized board.
• Subject: Candidates must have either PCM or PCB as their mandatory streams in qualifying examination to be eligible for admission.
• Marks: He/ she must have scored at least 50% marks (45% for reserved category) in their academic examination.

 For B.Sc. Mathematics:

• Qualification: Applicant must have passed 10+2 Intermediate or equivalent examination form any recognised board.
• Marks: Candidates must have scored at least 50% marks (45% for reserved category) to be eligible.
• Subject: He/she must have Mathematics as mandatory subject in qualifying examination to be eligible for admission.

• Visit the website of PUCET 2025 (link will be given above)
• Now go to the respective admission web page of UG and PG then click on the new candidates registration link.
• Fill the PUCET registration form with required details like Name, Date of Birth, Email Id, Phone Number, Password etc.. and submit them.
• After the completion of registration process, login into the application form page.
• Fill the Application Form will details like Personal information, Educational Qualification, Contact Details, Examination Centre etc.
• Each candidate can fill only one application form, as multiple application form of same candidates can cause rejection of the Application Form.
• Now candidates will have to upload asked documents like Signature, Photograph etc..
• Signature should be running hand and scanned signature within given size and format.
• Candidates Photographs should be the latest passport size photograph with plane background and should be within the given size and format.
• If candidates belong to reserve category then he/she must submit their Category certificate in Application Form.
• Now candidates must submit the PUCET application fee for final submission of the application form.
• Select the payment gateway as per your convenience then fill the details accordingly and proceed with the transaction.
• Once the transaction will be complete take the printout of the filled PUCET Application Form and Fee Receipt for future reference.
