Society for Centralized Recruitment of Staff in Subordinate Courts under High Court of Punjab and Haryana (S.S.S.C.) on behalf of the District and Sessions Judges of the State of Haryana, invites online applications from eligible candidates only at www.sssc.gov.in for filling up vacant posts of Clerk in the Subordinate Courts of Haryana. About Punjab & Haryana High Court Clerk Exam :-
Punjab & Haryana High Court conducted the online exam on 10 November 2019. Many students took the exam. There was negative of 1/4 marks. Clerk written exam was conducted at various centers. Cut Off Marks :-
Punjab & Haryana High Court Clerk cutoff will be released along with the results and is decided keeping in mind various factors mentioned below:
- Number of candidates appearing for the exam
- Number of vacancies
- Difficulty level of the exam
- Overall performance of candidates in the exam
Thereafter, out of total candidates who qualify the written examination, the number of candidates as decided by Hon’ble the Central Recruitment Committee may be called for Computer Proficiency Test i.e. to access the proficiency of candidates in operation of computer (word processing and spreadsheets), which is mandatory but the marks of this Computer Proficiency Test would not be counted towards the final merit as this test will be only of qualifying in nature. Thereafter, Select List of the qualified candidates will be prepared strictly on the basis of merit in written examination. Name of candidate(s) higher in merit would be recommended for appointment as per the number of vacancies to be filled.
- Total Marks – 100 (70 objective + 30 descriptive)
- Exam Level – Moderate
- Negative Marking – Yes 0.25 marks
- Section And Minimum Qualifying Marks – 33% in each subject but no candidate shall be considered to have qualified the written examination unless he/she obtains 40% marks in the aggregate of both subjects.
