Uttar Pradesh BC Sakhi Yojana is an important scheme run only in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The BC Sakhi scheme has been started by the Chief Minister of the state, Mr. Yogi Adityanath. Under this BC Sakhi scheme, women of the state will be provided employment opportunities in the banking sector. Now all facilities related to banking sector will be provided to each village. 4000 months salary will also be given by the government to women selected under BC Sakhi scheme. 58000 women will be provided employment under the UP BC Sakhi scheme. Women will also be given ₹ 50000 to purchase the device.

The first preference for the selection of Banking Sakhi will be given to the woman who joins the SHG as the focal point of the group. It is also possible that no self-help group is active, in that case the dynamic member of that group can be made a banking partner. It may also be that a woman who advocates for the poor and weaker sections in an Gram Panchayat, is entrepreneurial and wants to work as a banking partner, she can also be selected.

बीसी सखी योजना के अंतर्गत मिलने वाली सैलरी
- सरकार द्वारा बीसी सखी योजना के अंतर्गत पहले 6 महीने तक चयनित बीसी सखी को ₹4000 प्रतिमाह दिए जाएंगे।
- चयनित बीसी सखी को बैंकिंग डिवाइस खरीदने के लिए अलग से ₹50000 दिए जाएंगे।
- बैंकिंग कार्यों के लिए अलग से कमीशन भी प्रदान किया जाएगा।
- 6 महीने पूरे होने के बाद चयनित सखी को केवल कमीशन के माध्यम से ही कमाई मिलेगी।
