About UPES:
UPES was established in the year 2003 through UPES Act, 2003 of the State Legislature of Uttarakhand. With an ambitious vision and unique approach, UPES emerged as an innovative institution offering industry-focused specialised undergraduate and postgraduate courses, some of which cater to high-growth areas like cloud computing, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, aerospace engineering, mechatronics engineering, fine arts, big data analytics, public administration, machine design engineering, computer science, petroleum, graphic and gaming and so on.
Courses Offered:
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 50% marks in Classes X & XII. Minimum 50% in PCM (Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics) in Class XII.
- UPESEAT (UPES Engineering Aptitude Test) followed by Centralized Counselling
Non Exam Pathway – Apply through JEE Main or Board Merit
Eligibility Criteria:
- (1) Minimum 50% marks at Higher& Senior Secondary level (10th&12th) and minimum 50% aggregate in PCM (Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics) at Senior Secondary level (12th class). &
- (2) JEE Main cut-off Rank to be announced (on UPES website) after the declaration of JEE Main 2020 results) Or Minimum 80% Marks at Higher & Senior Secondary Level and Minimum 80% aggregate in PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Math’s) at Senior Secondary Level
