JEE Main Correction 2021

Correction in JEE Main 2021 Application Form is a one-time chance to edit the application form. There is an option for one-time correction of personal details of the candidates. JEE Main 2021 Application Form Correction Window has been opened for April session exam from 6th July 2021. Students will be able to make corrections till 8 July 2021. Corrections have been made available for the May session from 9 to 11 August 2021.

Corrections can be made in JEE Main 2021 only after the candidates have deposited the fee and completed all the steps of the online application form of the application process. Candidates are able to modify all the details (including photograph, thumb impression and signature) of their application form.

JEE Main 2021 Image Correction

The board has provided the facility to make correction in the uploaded images. Correction in images can be done through login. Correction can be done in scanned images of photograph and signature during the correction period. It has been started from 6th July 2021 for JEE Main 2021 April session.

Important Points for JEE Main Correction 2021

• All parameters (except candidate name, contact/address details, category, PWD status, educational qualification details, date of birth, choice of exam cities, etc.) in the application form can be editable.
• Correction in application form details is allowed only once.
• After correction in the details of the application form, if the additional examination fee may not be required based on the change in the details, the changes mentioned can be updated immediately.
• If an additional examination fee has to be paid on the basis of change in application form details, then a final update of correction in application form details will be done only after successful payment of the additional amount of the examination fee.
• An additional amount of the examination fee (if applicable) will be deposited by SBI MOPS (Net Banking/ Debit/ Credit Card).

JEE Main Correction Fee Payment

The balance fee, if any due to correction in particulars, will have to be paid by the candidates during that period. In case of fee payment, any changes done in the application will be updated after the successful payment. No changes will be allowed in exam city.

Note: The additional amount (if applicable) should be paid by the candidates through SBI MOPS (Net Banking/ Debit/ Credit Card) during the correction period. Since, it is the one-time facility, extended to the candidates to avoid any hardship to them; therefore, the candidates are informed to do the correction very carefully because no further chance of correction will be given to the candidates for whatsoever reason.

How to Jee Main Correction Application Form 2021

The candidates should follow the following steps for JEE Main Correction 2021 in the application form:

• Visit the official site i.e. https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/
• Log in with your application number and password.
• After logging in, the information filled in the form is displayed.
• At the end of the page, a link with Edit Application Form is displayed.
• Check the form carefully.
• Once you have completed the editing check and double check all the details.
• Submit only when you are satisfied that the form is now filled correctly.
• When the form is submitted after the correction, take a print out of the JEE Main 2021 Application Form Correction Slip and keep it safe.

JEE Main Form Correction 2021 – Steps to make changes

JEE Main Correction window 2021 was available again in online mode on the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in. To use JEE Main application form correction 2021 facility, candidates had to log in using their registration number and password. Step by step guide for JEE Main correction form 2021 is given below for reference purposes.

Step 1- Open JEE Main 2021 official website jeemain.nta.nic.in and log in using your registration number and password.

Step 2- After login, “JEE Main Correction in Application Form 2021 link” and proceed to make corrections.

Step 3- Read the instruction and click on Proceed for JEE Main correction window.

Step 4- Students will see the detailed JEE Main application form. Make the necessary corrections if required.

Step 5- After making all the corrections, click on the “Submit” link to submit the JEE Main form corrections.

Step 6- Take a printout of the application form after making corrections and keep it safe till the completion of the admission process.

JEE Main Application Form 2021

JEE Main 2021 Application Form has been made available from 9th August 2021 (April session). The last date to fill the application is 8 July 2021 (April session) and 11 August 2021 (May session). Candidates must fill the application form before the last date.

Incomplete information in the application form may lead to the disqualification of the candidate. Candidates have to fill the application form online mode only. The authority will also provide the facility of JEE Main application correction in certain details.
